CAMILLA CRESCINI

Camilla works as Associate Manager Social Media & Digital PR and has been a Social Media Manager, Specialist, Strategist & Consultant. In her several years of experience, she worked for agencies, media companies, a well-known Swiss-American cosmetics company, museums, galleries, institutions and more. 

She is guest lecturer for the topic Social Media in Arts & Culture in Università Bocconi, Accademia di Brera, Master Relational Design, MA Become a Curator and the winner of BNP Paribas Scolarship for the 10 Best Graduates AA 2015/2016 and European LLP EPIC Scolarship for academic results.

She has been selected for the Harvard Summer School on Beauty, Leadership and Innovation at the Harvard University (2015). 

She trains Italian Beauty Guides, Entrepreneurs in the Beauty & Art Industry & various Professionals on the topics of Marketing, Branding, Social Media and more. 

Strongly experienced and passionate in Social Media, Digital Strategy and Data Analytics & Forecasting, with highly specialised working knowledge in SM marketing, Digital Funnel Architecture, Visual Content, Marketing, Advertising, event and digital media planning, listening, CRM and digital strategies with a strong focus in the Arts, Culture, Brands, Retail, B2C and Media area.

ABOUT GIRLSINMUSEUMS

#girlsinmuseums is a digital hub for posts, pics and comments regarding the role of women in the arts and culture. Girlsinmuseums is a well known and established influencer in the Arts & Culture field and beyond.


The Instagram account @girlsinmuseums started in early 2015 and its aim is to collect photographs having as subjects women and girls in museums, galleries and cultural venues. @girlsinmuseums hit the milestone of +25.000 Instagram followers (organic-only efforts) and +58.000 UCG and expanded as Digital Agency in 2017.


Girlsinmuseums gives museums, galleries, brands, public institutions and more exposure to a target audience of +25.000 art enthusiasts to reach important goals or to boost the online presence and brand awareness by creating exclusive & tailor-made campaigns on our digital properties.

Our daily activity is mainly focused on pointing out the gender gap that is still to be found in every field of human activities but that is especially highlighted in the art world, where women artists, curators, art advisors, gallery owners and professionals struggle to achieve high-responsanbility positions.

By doing this, we do not want to fight male chauvinism, men or male privilege.

We want rather to be recognized and defined as person and professional before as women.

Our mission is first and foremost to promote the work and professionalism of women in the cultural and artistic sector worldwide by communicating it in an alternative way. And secondly, but not least, @girlsinmuseums' mission is to make art part of the daily life that we live continuously on social networks and to allow every day a small or big discovery and a pause in the scroll thanks to beauty, culture and art.
